Learn

A learning path built around working systems.

The TYR Academy path is organized around four capabilities a business needs to use AI responsibly. Each learning experience combines a business problem, a working build, clear boundaries, human approval, testing, and an operating procedure.

Coming soon The first learning experiences are being prepared. Create a free account to receive release notices.

How to choose a starting pillar

Start with the most expensive or persistent operating problem, not the most impressive technology. Choose Communications when the problem begins with messages or documents. Choose Integration when information must move between tools. Choose Security when access and sensitive data are the main concern. Choose Operations when a working automation needs ownership, monitoring, and improvement.

Four pillars

The learning paths

Pillar 01

AI Communications learning path

Coming soon

You will learn to classify messages, summarize source material, extract actions, draft replies, translate when necessary, and preserve tone and accountability.

First build: a supervised email triage workflow.

Later builds: document briefs, meeting summaries, customer update drafts, and multilingual review workflows.

You finish with a communications procedure that defines approved sources, required checks, and who may send the final message.

Pillar 02

AI Agent Integration learning path

Coming soon

You will learn how an agent connects to inboxes, spreadsheets, CRM systems, ticket queues, and internal tools. You will define the minimum data and functions required for one task.

First build: an approved request that creates or updates a structured record.

Later builds: multi-step handoffs, document-to-system workflows, and exception routing.

You finish with an integration map, permission boundary, test set, and rollback procedure.

Pillar 03

AI Agent Security learning path

Coming soon

You will learn to treat email, documents, websites, and user submissions as untrusted input. You will limit permissions, identify sensitive information, prevent unauthorized actions, and keep evidence of what the system did.

First build: a permission and approval policy for one workflow.

Later builds: data classification, prompt injection tests, incident handling, and access review.

You finish with a control set that includes least privilege, human approval, logs, escalation, and an emergency stop.

Pillar 04

AI Operations learning path

Coming soon

You will learn to assign ownership, define service expectations, review failures, track quality and cost, and determine when a workflow should be changed or retired.

First build: a daily AI operations review.

Later builds: quality sampling, exception queues, cost controls, and release procedures.

You finish with an operating procedure that a team can use without depending on the original builder.

What every learning experience includes

  • A specific business problem and defined outcome
  • A tool-neutral workflow before product configuration
  • Data, permissions, and prohibited actions
  • Human approval and escalation points
  • A step-by-step build
  • Normal, difficult, and adversarial tests
  • Success measures and a review schedule
